The faculty plays a very important part because without them, there will be no educators for the next generation. Teachers are most likely tired in everyday work, but it is fulfilling for them because they have taught another lesson that will help thier students in the future.
St. Matthew College takes pride of its teachers for being intelligent, hard-working and dedicated in their work.
Majority of the faculty, especially in the High School Department, are currently, or have done, taking their Masters in Education in their respective majors. Also, all the teachers in SMC are LET (Licensure Entrance Test) passers, which means that all of them are qualified to teach.
SMC integrates the faculty to fulfill the school's vision-mission. |
